Founder / Principal R&D Engineer
Jan Valík is the founder of InGeek and a research and development engineer with over 13 years of experience in vacuum robotics and semiconductor automation. He previously spent more than a decade working for a U.S.-based vacuum robotics company, contributing to the development of robotic systems and end-effectors for wafer handling in vacuum environments.
His work combines vacuum engineering, electromechanical design, robotics, and materials-focused R&D, with a strong emphasis on practical experimentation and reliable, manufacturable solutions.
Outside of work, he focuses on hands-on craftsmanship such as woodworking, metalworking, and mechanical fabrication, and maintains a strong interest in technical design and function-driven aesthetics.

R&D Electronics Engineer
Ján Lizúch is an R&D electronics engineer focused on embedded electronics and firmware-driven systems, with experience in power electronics, measurement, and control. He has worked on electronic systems designed for vacuum environments, where constraints on materials, reliability, and long-term stability play a significant role.
His background includes research and development work as well as startup-oriented engineering, contributing to the development of functional prototypes and experimental systems. His expertise lies in building and integrating electronics that operate close to physical processes, rather than application-level software.
Outside of engineering, Ján has a strong interest in audio technology and music, with a particular focus on analog formats and sound reproduction.
